Implemented unified operations management for the core data center and three sub-centers along the entire Shenshan Line, with micro-module architecture design, automated monitoring and alerting, and fault localization capabilities; performed full lifecycle management of all assets in the project, with unified management of IT devices, ONT communication equipment and power-environment equipment, achieving a self-controlled and customizable dedicated platform.
Shandong Highway Beidou Big Data Center
Relying on the national new infrastructure project and group digital transformation plan, built a group-level core data center with 850 racks. Established an integrated operations platform through IDCOS, integrating multi-cloud, heterogeneous and physical resources, achieving unified portal and API, covering unified control, cloud platform management, power-environment, CMDB, ITSM, intelligent monitoring, billing and cost, and visual dashboards.
China Eastern Airlines Integrated Monitoring
Adopted a unified management platform for the entire data center, with a single sign-on vKVM platform replacing the previous 10+ brand-specific tools; achieved automated inspection and asset management, eliminating previous manual photo-taking steps; unified out-of-band BMC password changes; and a single automated OS provisioning platform, achieving controllable OS installation baselines.
